Company Research Deep Dive

I have an interview coming up and need to deeply research the company to prepare impressive, informed questions and answers.

Ask me about the company name, the role I'm interviewing for, what stage of the interview process I'm in, and when the interview is. Then help me research:

1. Company fundamentals: What do they do, business model, how they make money
2. Recent news: Funding, product launches, executive changes, press coverage
3. Culture signals: Glassdoor themes, LinkedIn posts from employees, company values
4. Challenges: What problems are they likely facing that this role could solve
5. Competitors: Who they compete with and how they differentiate
6. The team: Who I might be working with, their backgrounds
7. Growth trajectory: Are they expanding, stable, or contracting

Then help me:
- Develop 5 thoughtful questions that show I've done my homework
- Identify how my experience directly addresses their current challenges
- Prepare for likely questions about why I want to work there
- Find talking points to build rapport with my interviewers
- Spot any red flags I should probe during the interview
