Target Company Research

I want to create a targeted list of companies to focus my job search on, rather than randomly applying everywhere.

Ask me about my target roles, industry preferences, company size preferences, location/remote requirements, salary needs, deal-breakers, and nice-to-haves. Also ask about my background and notable experience. Then help me:

1. Identify 20-30 companies that match my criteria
2. Categorize them by tier (dream companies, solid options, backups)
3. For each tier, explain why they're a good fit
4. Find companies I might not have thought of
5. Identify any patterns or gaps in my list
6. Create a system for tracking and prioritizing applications
7. Suggest the best entry points at each company (which roles/teams)

I want quality over quantity in my applications.
